Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be in its original packaging, if applicable.
  • Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
